1. Contact Us
If you have any questions, concerns, or would like to take lessons, please contact us by email, official LINE, or message us on various social media platforms.
2. Initial hearing and proposal
Our Japanese staff will respond to your inquiries and questions. If you would like to take lessons, we will listen to your requests via email, phone, Zoom, etc. and provide you with information on the course content and instructors.
3. Contract
Only those who agree to the terms will be able to sign the contract. You will receive an electronic contract by email.
4. Lesson begins
Your lessons with each teacher will begin. We will communicate closely with you to ensure that the lessons are enjoyable and meaningful, and will accompany you to the best of our ability until you achieve your goals.

Q: When do I pay the lesson fee?
A Please pay before the lesson begins.
Q: Can I take classes on any day or time I like?
A: It will be necessary to coordinate with each instructor. Please check the instructor's details page for available time slots. Also, as schedules may change at any time, please consult with us before starting the lesson.
Q: What happens if the scheduled date doesn't work out?
A: Yes, you can reschedule one lesson. If you are taking a four-lesson course, you can reschedule up to two lessons.
Q: I would like to take lessons, but I don't know which instructor to ask.
A: Each instructor is from a different country and can teach different languages, so we will introduce you to the most suitable instructor during a free consultation with a Japanese instructor before the lesson. Of course, you can also request a specific instructor.
Q: I would like to take lessons, but how do I apply?
A: Please send us your lesson request via our official LINE or email address. We also accept messages from various social media platforms.
Q: If I take a break from lessons for a certain period of time and then want to resume, do I need to pay the registration fee again?
A: Once you pay the membership fee, you do not need to pay it again.
