Home Care Supported by Professionals Who Understand Daily Life

We believe that caregiving is not “a job anyone can do,” but a professional role that requires knowledge and skills to support people’s daily lives and walk alongside them in their life journey.
By carefully observing each person’s daily life, noticing even small changes, and understanding their condition and background, we provide care with a high level of expertise.
If medical care is a profession that “treats,” then caregiving is a profession that supports a person’s life on the front lines of everyday living.
As care professionals, we are companions in the continuity of daily life.
Our role is not temporary. With professional knowledge and perspective, we take responsibility as we support each moment of a person’s life. When necessary, we also connect them to medical care as part of the front line.
We value the wish of people with disabilities and their families to continue living in their community.
This is what our home care is all about.

GuidingPrinciples

1. Be a professional Who Understand and Observe Daily Life
We are not simply there to be present. We are professionals who observe and understand each person’s daily life—their routines, movements, expressions, and changes.By noticing even the smallest signs of discomfort or change, we connect them to the next stage of care.
2. Respect Each Person’s Life and Dignity
We prioritize how each person wants to live over what is convenient for providing care.We respect each individual’s wishes and support their choices.
3. Continuously Improve Our Knowledge and Skills
Caregiving and disability support cannot rely on experience alone.
We see continuous learning as an essential part of being professionals, and we integrate training and reflection into our daily practice.
4. Be a Bridge Between Medical Care and Daily LifeWe support life beyond medical care, while also recognizing early signs of deterioration and connecting individuals back to medical services.
As part of a team, we collaborate with local professionals in the community.
5. Support Each Person’s Daily Life as a Team
Home care can often be a solitary job. That is why we share information, avoid carrying the burden alone, and support each person as a team.
