OUR PASSION
希望のない仕事はしない。
なぜ私たちは福祉と教育に取り組むのか。
人が豊かに生きるとはどういうことなのか。
私(代表)が東南アジアやアフリカでの活動を通して感じたのは、貧困や教育、医療、インフラなどの様々な問題と、そこにある無限の可能性です。
活動をしている中で、「助けたい」から、「一緒に未来を良くしていきたい」へと考えが変わっていきました。支援だけでは解決できない課題や持続可能性の難しさを感じたからです。
また、福祉の仕事を通して、高齢者や障がいのある方、そのご家族様と関わってきました。
様々な社会問題について考えさせられ、「本当の幸せ、生きるとは何か」を人生の問いとして持ち続けています。
その人の人生の一部に携わる福祉と教育だからこそ、思考を止めてはいけない。
それぞれに続いていく人生、日常に寄り添える存在でありたい。

The Future We Envision at Tsumugiito
By not giving up on ourselves and continuing to grow,
we can create a brighter world where we can be kind to
those around us.
We are not simply providing welfare and education services.
What we aim for is the creation of the future.
To achieve this,we operate on two main
pillars:specialized welfare and education services as a business,and food-and experience-based initiatives as a general incorporated association.
Through these four main initiatives,we support local communities and help shape the future.
No matter the level of poverty,disability,or family background
,we envision a society where people never give up on themselves -and where people never give up on themselves
-and where offering a helping hand to those around them is
second nature.
A culture where every can learn from one another,where individual potential is nurtured,where people connect and walk
their own paths in life.
From there ,these connections continue to grow.
This cycle illuminates communities and creates a brighter world.
With this vision in mind, we approach communities through welfare,education,food,and expreriences-the essential foundations of life.

Connecting with the Community,
Supporting the Community
Through ITSUKI LLC's welfare and education services,we provide
specialized support such as home-visit care and language lessons.
However,formal systems have their limitations.
For those small everyday concerns,or feelings like "I want to connect with
someone,""I need a break,"or"I want to try something new,"Tsumugiito
General Incorporated Association is hare for you.
By helping prevent isolation and loneliness,we aim to reduce the risk of
abuse,crime,and a decline in quality of life(QOL).
We would be truly happy to share moments and experiences that leave
you feeling,"That was fun,""I'm glad to be alive,""I'm looking forward to
tomorrow,"or even,"Maybe I can keep going a little longer."
