How to use the service
1. Inquiries and consultations
Please feel free to contact us by phone, inquiry form, official LINE, email, etc.
We will ask you about your current problems and living situation and let you know whether you can use home care services.

2. Cooperation with counselors and care managers, confirmation of service content
If you already have a counselor or care manager in charge, we will confirm and adjust the content of the home care services we can provide based on the contents of the care plan.
If you have not yet decided on a counselor or care manager to assign to you, we can also guide you to the appropriate office or consultation center.
3. Preparation for signing the contract and starting use
We will explain what can and cannot be done with home care or Tsumugiito Help Service (self-paid service), the service content, number of uses, time, estimated costs, etc., and if you are satisfied with the details, we will enter into a contract.
We will schedule your first visit, introduce you to the helper, confirm the support details, and provide a thorough explanation before you begin using the service so you don't have any concerns.
4. Service launch
A caregiver will visit your home or group home to begin providing support.
At Tsumugiito, we provide wholehearted support to help each and every user live their daily lives with peace of mind, while respecting their individual lifestyles and feelings.
5. Regular review and follow-up
Even after you start using the service, we will adjust the service content to suit changes in your physical condition and lifestyle.
In addition, as we review our plans, we will continue to work with all parties involved to provide reasonable support.
